Privacy Policy

Your account details (such as your email address), the SSH public keys you add, your balance and ledger of charges and refunds, and details of each rental (such as GPU model, count, image and times) needed to run the Services.

To run your account and rentals, to charge and refund your balance, to keep the Services secure and prevent abuse, and to reply when you contact us. We do not sell your personal data.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Services (such as hosting, email and payment processing), and only as far as needed for that, or when required by law.

Machines and their data disks are deleted when you release them. If you chose to keep a machine’s disks, they are deleted when you delete them, when your balance runs out, or after 85 days.

We keep account and ledger records while your account is open, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Each rental is a separate virtual machine with fresh SSH host keys, and access uses the SSH keys you add.

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Email [email protected].

Machines run in the Asia-Pacific (East) region. Account data may be processed in other countries by the service providers that help us operate the Services.
